EFFECTIVE 7/6/2010 - EIV BREAKING NEWS - JUST RELEASED! EFFECTIVE 6/7/2010 – TRACS RULES OF BEHAVIOR (ROB) & TRACS SECURITY AWARENESS TESTING QUESTIONNAIRE FOR TRACS COORDINATORS AND USERS

The next time you log into iMAX on HUD’s Secure Systems, you’re going to be prompted to accept the NEW TRACS Rules of Behavior (ROB). (Currently, the TRACS ROB are only available in iMAX. They should become available in both TRACS and iMAX very soon.) Once you have accepted the TRACS ROB, you will need to complete the TRACS Security Awareness Training Questionnaire (SATQ) within 30 days.

What does this mean?
If you are a site using software that transmits by having your Secure Systems Coordinator or User log into iMAX and attach files, you must accept the ROB immediately. Like everyone else, you will have 30 days to complete the SATQ, once you have accepted the ROB.

If you are a Secure Systems Coordinator or User that reviews TRACS Queries or transmits TRACS files through on-site software WITHOUT logging into iMAX, you can still accept the ROB. (Once you have accepted the Rules of Behavior in iMAX, you will not need to in TRACS.) You are still required to complete the SATQ within 30 days of accepting the ROB.
