The PMCS team is comprised of Certified Public Accountants as well as a highly-trained compliance staff; with Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS), Assisted Housing Manager (AHM) and/or tax credit (TaCCs) certifications.

In our 27 years in the Industry, PMCS has been incredibly successful in building long-term relationships with our clients and maintaining a tenured staff of compliance professionals. As a result, our client base continues to grow by referral, as we adapt to the changing needs of the housing industry. Whether it is technical advancements driving system changes, new regulatory initiatives, or new program types being incorporated into existing properties, owners are tasked with maintaining compliance in this challenging industry. PMCS’ respected reputation, extensive compliance expertise, and secure and automated document management systems enable us to provide valuable support services to owners and managers navigating through the maze of conflicting compliance regulations.

The PMCS business model is to custom design our services to meet the needs of each client, regardless of each property’s size, whether it is a short or long-term engagement. This philosophy affords PMCS the opportunity to serve a wide range of property management companies faced with ongoing regulatory compliance obligations, budgetary restraints, and training and oversight needs.

PMCS has a large client base nationwide, with varying levels of HUD and LIHTC compliance service contracts in place. Staff involved in compliance work is well-versed in HUD regulations, IRS Section 42 governing regulations, as well as the various monitoring and reporting requirements established by each of the state housing finance agencies. Our comprehensive understanding of the different rules from the three regulatory sources enables us to be watchful and ensure conflicting rules are applied correctly for each program.
