HUD has released Change 3 of the 4350.3 Handbook. PMCS has put together a “Travel Version” of the revised 4350.3 HUD Handbook to make life easier for you. This new version has been condensed to approximately half the size of the normal handbook and can be easily stowed away in a briefcase or bookcase without all the added weight. The original text is intact; the book has just been re-formatted to reduce the size and weight.
